Neon Kitty Blast (“the Game”) is a family-friendly twin-stick shooter designed for Android devices. The Game allows players to customize their character and choose a nickname.
The Game supports optional online multiplayer via direct peer-to-peer (IP-based) connection. This feature is used solely to allow players to connect with each other for gameplay.
The Game does not operate or use any developer-controlled servers. All connections are established directly between players' devices.
The Game does not collect, store, or share personal data.
The Game uses standard Android network permissions (INTERNET and ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE) required for online multiplayer functionality. As part of establishing a peer-to-peer connection, a player’s IP address may be processed temporarily by the player’s device.

The Game does not knowingly collect personal information from children under applicable laws. Since no personal data is collected or transmitted to the developer, the Game is designed to comply with child privacy regulations such as COPPA and GDPR-K.
